KEY SKILLS:
- Experience of a rolling out a Document Management Strategy within a global environment
- Excellent communication with senior executives up to board level
- Up to date on industry trends and advancements in document management technology.
THE ROLE:
The key objective of the role will be to define, scope and then execute a global document management strategy across the different entities of the business. You will work closely with closely with IT, Legal and Communications to ensure your data strategy meets the needs and requirements, most importantly, regulatory related to data. This role will also require the candidate to work with various internal and external stakeholders up to board level.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have an extensive background within Document Management and demonstrate previous experience on creating and successfully implemented a global Document Management Strategy. You will previous experience working with IT, Legal and Regulatory teams, knowledge of the various IT solutions available for Document Management, excellent communication and presentation skills, have strong project & change management experience managing teams across different functions & locations. Exposure to SharePoint and/or FileNet would be ideal.
