Business Analyst / CRM / Document Management / Agile
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong business analysis experience working on CRM and/or Document Management projects
- Worked in Agile environments; ideally with some experience of SAFe & Scrum
- Experience working in insurance ideal
THE ROLE:
You will work closely with key business stakeholders to analyse the existing CRM and Document Management processes and workflows. You will deliver high quality business requirements from key stakeholders on a full end to end basis including documentation in appropriate tools, analyse and understand business processes to enable production of “as-is” and “to be” process documentation, & conduct gap analysis and Identify inconsistencies across the mapped business processes and highlight opportunities for improvement.
THE CANDIDATE:
The candidate will be have strong business & IT change programme management experience gained working on CRM / Document Management experience gained within the insurance, or financial services sector. You will be delivery focused, ability to quickly build key relationships with stakeholders.
