Technical Support Analyst / Architect / Design / Insurance
KEY SKILLS:
- Business / Technical analysis experience
- Software design experience
- Application and end user support experience
- Windows Networking
- Cloud Networking
- Microsoft products
- TSQL or PLSQL is good but not a must have
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will have the above skills to implement into the role. Some of the key responsibilities will revolve around assisting the Senior Technical Architect in managing existing technology as well as the introduction of new technology and making sure is is aligned with the current IT strategies of the business.
You will also be involved in the architectural design of technical solutions as well as maintaining the IT Department’s development and architecture guidelines and procedures are kept up to date and relevant.
