The HR BP will help scope and drive the people elements of a large transformation project. You will support the programme team in the development and implementation of a consistent approach to detailed structural and role design (including competencies, skills and experience). You will provide people change management expertise and help to support the programme team to deliver change activity successfully. The HR BP will participate in key HR initiatives and projects as required along with giving expert advice and support on a range of HR issues such as reward, employee relations, talent acquisition and development, performance, organisation development / change, culture and engagement.
The successful candidate will have a strong background working as a HR BP within financial services. You will have in-depth experience working on change and transformation projects, excellent senior stakeholder management exposure with a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of HR policies and procedures. You will have strong analytical skills and data driven mind-set, able to demonstrate change management and continuous improvement.
