Programme Manager / Insurance / Regulatory / Compliance / Business Separation
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong regulatory / compliance expertise within the insurance industry, ideally with some exposure with Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA)
- Extensive programme management background
- Experience of business separation
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a strong background delivering large, compliance / regulatory focused transformation programmes within the insurance sector; ideally commercial or specialty lines. You will have an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks within the insurance industry, have some experience working closely with the Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA), ability to quickly get business “buy in”, & manage 3rd Party vendors. Any experience working on business unit separation programmes would be ideal.
