The Client

Our clients are a leading provider of waste and environmental software solutions.

Continuous success has seen the business grow a rate of over 20% year-on-year for the past three years.

Or clients provide, Mobile In-cab applications, Analytics and reporting dashboards, Telematics and fleet management, Hardware provision, and Residents application.

The Role

  • Manage a Development team of 5 (team is growing)
  • Reviews and 1:2:1s.
  • Grow and nurture a team
  • Manage end to end development processes.
  • Liaise with Testing lead to ensure all information is available for test processes
  • Oversee the day to day activities of the Development team.

Experience Required

  • Must come from an IT Development background
  • Must have extensive management experience
  • .NET
  • Core Back-End Languages – .NET & SQL Server
  • Core Front-End Languages – HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3
  • Microservices
  • Cloud Services (preferably AWS)
  • HTML
  • Experience of leading successful Full Stack development project teams.
  • Experience in providing input on design of User Interfaces
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Environment
  • Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management
  • One or more JavaScript Frameworks, e.g ReactJS, NodeJS, AngularJS, JQuery, Knockout.JS.
  • Knowledge of microservice architecture.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms ideally AWS
