The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR working in a Business Partner / Process Consultant role working within the financial services sector. You will have in-depth knowledge of HR departments, have completed “As Is” projects with the ability to re-engineer some of our internal processes. You will be expected to complete necessary templates to document each area and work with IT to build a new intranet page.
