HRIS / implementation / Training / Management / Dayforce
* Experience across various HR modules including recruiting, onboarding, performance, & compensation
* Strong understanding of HR processes and data, HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes and have experience with database tools
* Background in compiling HR system training material & user guides
* Ability to work effectively with system vendor/s
You will work alongside senior HR stakeholders to develop a roadmap in how best to utilise their HR system (Dayforce) across their global offices. You will need to quickly understand where issues in user experiences working with the vendor to rectify system issues and/or producing training material / user guides. In addition, the role will also be accountable for data integrity and data analytics, working with the HR team in developing data extracts from the system, and then creating analysis and dashboards for use by business leaders to drive decision making.
The successful candidate will be technically astute in HR systems, ideally with some exposure to Dayforce. You will have experience across several HR modules including recruiting, onboarding, performance and compensation, be comfortable working with user & stakeholders working across offices covering UK, US and Asia, ability to determine function needs and system requirements quickly and work with the vendor to ensure any system changes are done as requested in a timely manner.
Please note, due to the nature of the role working across global offices, the client are happy for the successful candidate to be situated anywhere across the UK with only occasional visits to their England offices required.
