You will help establish the process improvement programme and create an organisational framework to support the on-going improvement of service cost and efficiency. Your role will identify and consider options for addressing ‘low value’ activities which absorb time and seek opportunities to undertake more ‘higher value’ activities and how time can be freed up to enable greater focus on these.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong, commercial experience in the scoping and delivery of efficiency initiatives gained within the financial services; ideally with some insurance exposure. You will be Lean Black Belt qualified, have strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work flexibly and prioritise own workloads, strong analytical and decision making skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and colleagues and provide reliable and accurate project status information.
