Claims Assistant / First Notice of Loss (FNOL) / Insurance
Our client are looking to add a Claims Assistant to help manage and resolve claims filed against existing policyholders. You will work closely with the Claims Manager coordinating with Claims Adjusters to bring claims to resolution. You will interact and collaborate with the underwriting teams, brokers and clients on assigned accounts taking ownership of critical issues relating to claims management.
The successful candidate will ideally have some experience within the insurance sector working within a claims department. You will excellent administration skills to ensure when reviewing policies and clear communication needed when liaising with stakeholders. You will be adaptable and comfortable with both working on your own initiative and as a keen team player, develop and maintain good working relationships with the stakeholders within the business. Strong Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
