Change Manager / Claims / Insurance / Transformation / Consultant

THE ROLE

My client is undertaking a transformation across its Claims functions globally. Initiatives within the programme include customer-centred design, process re-engineering and automation, rollout of digital platforms, operating model changes and scaling of analytics solutions; with initiatives being delivered within each of their regions with a level of global co-ordination.

Key duties of the role will include:

create and execute the global change and communications plan
provide change support for global initiatives
identify and create common change solutions where appropriate (e.g. toolkits to support digital deployments)
support development of our behavioural framework and culture plan for claims
create a network of the Change Managers who are responsible for initiatives within the regions to promote knowledge sharing and best practice

THE CANDIDATE

The candidate will require a strong background in change management gained within the insurance industry. You will have some exposure to claims projects, have excellent stakeholder management experience, and worked on global programmes. This role would be ideally suited to someone who have worked in a consultancy environment previously now wanting to join an end client.
