My client, a well-established global technology consultancy with 7,000 employee’s across the world is seeking a Cloud FinOps/DevOps Manager to work with their end client, a reputable Telecommunications company.
This will be an outside IR35 position and will be an initial 3 months with a view to extend.
Requirements/Responsibilities
- Backup Product Manager focused on bringing in Container Backup in a Telco Cloud platform.
- Engage with OEM stakeholder in
- Work alongside our Data Protection SMEs and our customers’ Architecture team understanding the technical requirements from the Data Protection point of view
- Support our customers’ architecture team with the technology selection process by driving the business and technical requirement for Container backup.
- Work with our Backup Architect and their Architect to drive HLD definition during the POC process following Best Practices and OEMs recommendations
- Being part of planning phase interacting with OEMs translating the technical/business requirements in milestones and deliverables
- Oversee the deployment phase and OEMs activities to make sure that all pre-stablished outcomes will be achieved
- Oversee the transition into support and operation teams
