Agile | Coaching | SAFe framework | Scrum – Full-time hybrid opportunity based in Munich

KEY SKILLS:

  • Strong Agile coaching expertise
  • Demonstrate an extensive background working in Agile delivery environments
  • Experience working with SAFe framework – ideally qualified
  • Ability to influence key and senior level stakeholders in the benefits of Agile
  • Experience of “agile beyond the team”

Purpose of Role:

You will drive Agile awareness, mindset, capability and evangelize adoption in a highly complex environment across the enterprise with goals to improve business outcomes while creating a highly collaborative, learning organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Agile processes and practices and ensure that they enable teams or departments to operate in an integrative and collaborative fashion.
  • Train, mentor and coach individuals, agile teams and leadership.
  • Provide guidance & coach leaders to create a culture of collaboration and learning using Agile values, mindset, principles and practices.
  • Coach colleagues to apply system thinking and a value-based approach, focusing their attention on customer outcomes.
  • Help to develop new intellectual property such as workshops, training’s, whilst ensuring existing ones remain relevant and reflect the client’s ways of working (e.g. agile playbook).

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have Scrum Master and Agile Coaching experience across a variety of industries where you can bring different approaches to the organisation. You will certified in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) / AgileCoaching / Product Owner / Release Train Engineer with at least 3-5yrs experience as an Agile Coach working in an Agile delivery environments. You will have experience working with SAFe framework (ideally qualified) working with portfolio teams applying Lean Portfolio Management practices is preferred. You will have experience of “agile beyond the team” and working at demonstrate the ability to gain buy-in up to board level on the benefits of Agile is required.
