Accountant – Insurance – Statutory Reporting

The role involves being a member of a team of finance professionals supporting the production and delivery of statutory financial reporting within the company. This will include ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of reporting to external auditors, local boards and audit committee and other stakeholders across European Finance, Tax and Group Finance. You will also be supporting the planning, preparation, review and audit of annual financial statements for legal entities and Loyd’s syndicates within the company. The candidate will be involved with assessing the adequacy of existing statutory reporting processes; highlight issues and support or lead the changes required to implement improvements, including off-shoring of processes to the clients shared services centre.
