KEY SKILLS:
- Experience of 2nd line Windows support role
- A broad technical exposure across Microsoft products
- Some configuration, packaging and Windows deployment experience
THE ROLE:
You will join a UK based support team working on applying technical solutions to automate and improve IT Support operations. You will help configure, provision, troubleshoot Windows devices, ensure that the daily and monthly operations checklist is completed while supporting Infrastructure projects across their global offices.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a solid background working in a 1st or 2nd line support function covering a variety of technologies including Windows-based IT infrastructures. You will have some Office 365 administration skills and ideally a basic understanding of scripting technologies like PowerShell or python, Azure or networking skills i.e. DNS, Routing, VPN, etc.
